What you need to know before your first shoot.
Can I use the images commercially?+
Yes. Once a shot is generated, you can use and commercialize it across your shop, social channels and ads—worldwide and with no time limit. The license is non-exclusive, so similar results can also be created for others. It does not cover the underlying model identity, source assets or the platform itself.
Do my unreleased collections stay confidential?+
Yes. Your uploads, prompts and outputs are never used to train general AI models. We only process them to deliver the service to you, storage happens for that purpose, and your account and database run in Frankfurt inside the EU. Every processor we rely on is disclosed in the privacy information.
How do credits and billing work?+
Shoodio runs on a paid plan: Basic is $49 a month with 250 credits, Pro $99 with 500 and Agency $199 with 1,000. Sign up and finish onboarding and you receive 25 bonus credits, added on top of the plan you choose. Every generation then uses credits: an image costs 19 credits on Basic, 17 on Pro and 15 on Agency, which is from $1.50 per image on Agency with separately purchased credits. Pay yearly and two months are free. All prices are in USD, and you can review the plans and credit bundles on the pricing page.
Do I need to write prompts?+
Not for fashion stills. Choose the model, products, background, pose, style and format visually. Text is optional when you want one additional detail. Video generation uses a short motion description or a generated suggestion.
Can I use my own clothing and my own location?+
Yes. Upload apparel manually or import selected Shopify images. You can also upload your shop, showroom or another location as a custom background.
Can I change a result without rebuilding the shoot?+
Magic Edit lets you mark a region in a generated image and request a focused change. The edited result is still generative, so details can vary.
Can Shoodio create video?+
Pro and Agency accounts can turn a generated image into a five- or ten-second clip. You choose camera motion and describe the movement or start with a suggestion. Video is not included in Basic.
What resolution do I receive?+
Fast Mode generates at 2K on every plan. Pro and Agency additionally get Quality Mode for native 4K, and can enhance suitable 2K selects to 4K separately.
